Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Unbleached flour
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 4 x Skinless boneless chicken Breast
- 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk -- at room Temperature
Direcciones
- Preheat oven at 375. Prepare pan with foil, sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine flour, paprika, salt, garlic pwdr, thyme, and pepper in a plastic bag. Dip breasts in lowfat milk; shake off excess. Add in to bag and shake to coat proportionately. Place chicken on a prepared baking dish. Bake 40 min, till chicken is tender and coating crisp.
