%20or%20music.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEvery%20year,%20I%20try%20to%20reflect%20on%20where%20our%20relationship%20is%20at.%20It%20is%20now%20June-%20a%20good%201.5%20months%20past%20our%20anniversary!%20Hey,%20better%20late%20than%20never.%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFour%20years%20isn't%20exactly%20very%20long.%20The%20past%20year%20though,%20seem%20a%20little%20longer%20than%20usual.%20Perhaps%20one%20day%20I%20will%20share%20with%20you%20on%20how%20our%20hearts%20broke%20when%20doctors%20told%20us%20we%20may%20never%20be%20able%20to%20have%20children,%20or%20how%20much%20joy%20we%20felt%20when%20we%20did%20fell%20pregnant.%20The%20anticipatory%20anxiety%20before%20our%20scans%20and%20how%20I%20thank%20God%20everyday%20when%20I%20was%20spewing%20in%20the%20toilet%20because%20that%20is%20a%20sign%20that%20hormones%20are%20doing%20its%20job.%20Ah%20yes,%20I%20vowed%20to%20embrace%20every%20single%20horrible%20pregnancy%20symptom%20because%20I%20nearly%20couldn't%20even%20experienced%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20that%20is%20for%20another%20day.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20past%20month%20or%20so,%20I%20reflected%20on%20how%20comfortable%20we%20are.%20And%20how%20much%20hard%20work%20it%20is%20to%20NOT%20take%20each%20other%20for%20granted.%20I%20have%20always%20known%20that%20marriage%20is%20daily%20work,%20but%20after%204%20years%20of%20marriage,%20I%20can%20assure%20you%20that%20it%20is%20a%20daily%20conscious%20effort.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20year,%20I%20spoke%20about%20words.%20That%20still%20applies%20and%20I%20am%20pleased%20to%20say%20I%20hold%20my%20tongue%20better%20than%20I%20did%20(although%20I%20am%20not%20100%25%20sure%20that%20continues%20in%20the%20labour%20room).%20%20This%20year,%20I%20feel%20that%20it%20is%20about%20not%20taking%20the%20time%20together%20for%20granted.%20Day%20by%20day,%20it%20is%20so%20easy%20to%20slip%20into%20making%20everything%20more%20important%20than%20each%20other.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20all,%20surely%20he%20is%20more%20important%20than%20%22stuff%22.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20took%20a%20road%20trip%20a%20week%20before%20our%20anniversary.%20No%20TV,%20no%20nothing,%20just%20us.%20We%20found%20conversations%20that%20we%20have%20not%20had%20in%20months,%20and%20laughs%20that%20was%20just...%20us.%20Laughing%20at%20each%20other%20used%20to%20come%20naturally%20to%20us%20and%20now..%20it's%20so%20easy%20to%20get%20caught%20up%20with%20life%20that%20we%20forgot%20that's%20what%20we%20need.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20the%20pending%20BIG%20(ah%20yes,%20the%20pun%20looking%20at%20my%20rounded%20tummy)%20change%20in%20our%20life,%20I%20want%20to%20remind%20myself%20that%20this%20will%20be%20even%20more%20important.%20A%20child%20that%20we%20thought%20we%20will%20never%20have%20would%20inevitably%20means%20our%20focus%20is%20on%20him,%20but%20yet%20we%20need%20to%20remember%20that%20love%20starts%20with%20us.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHappy%204th%20Year%20Anniversary%20and%20more%20special%20ones%20to%20continue...%20;)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20made%20this%20cake%20as%20it%20was%20a%20one%20bowl%20food%20processor%20cake!%20Yeah%20when%20you%20want%20something%20light%20but%20delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20Oven%20to%20180C.%20Grease%20and%20line%209inch%20cake%20tin.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20apples,%20lemon%20juice%20and%20castor%20sugar%20in%20a%20sauce%20pan.%20Simmer%20till%20apples%20become%20soft.%20Set%20aside%20and%20mash%20it.%20This%20took%20around%2010%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20food%20processor,%20place%20almond%20meal,%20apple,%20sugar,%20eggs%20and%20lemon%20juice%20in%20the%20bowl.%20Blitz%20it%20all%20up.%20Spoon%20into%20cake%20tin,%20sprinkle%20amond%20flakes%20and%20bake%20in%20oven%20for%20around%2045%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20had%20some%20left%20over%20batter%20and%20placed%20them%20into%20little%20muffin%20wrappers-%20that%20took%20around%2020%20minutes.%20Serve%20with%20a%20%20dusting%20of%20icing%20sugar%20if%20you%20like.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
