Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Cuminseed
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 6 x Hard-cooked large Large eggs, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. Coarse salt, or possibly to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Cayenne, or possibly to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a small skillet dry-roast cuminseed and coriander seeds over moderate heat, shaking the skillet, till fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
  2. In a mortar with a pestle, an electric spice grinder, or possibly a cleaned coffee grinder grind seeds fine.
  3. Arrange egg halves on a platter and sprinkle with some cumin mix, salt, and cayenne.
  4. Serves 6.
