- 1 Tbsp. Cuminseed
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 6 x Hard-cooked large Large eggs, halved
- 2 Tbsp. Coarse salt, or possibly to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Cayenne, or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- In a small skillet dry-roast cuminseed and coriander seeds over moderate heat, shaking the skillet, till fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
- In a mortar with a pestle, an electric spice grinder, or possibly a cleaned coffee grinder grind seeds fine.
- Arrange egg halves on a platter and sprinkle with some cumin mix, salt, and cayenne.
- Serves 6.
