Ingredientes

  • Leaves from 3-4 sprigs of Coriander
  • 2 x Green chillies
  • 15 gm Fresh ginger, grated Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

  2. Grind, lb. or possibly blend in a blender, the coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and half tsp salt to make a thick paste.
