- Leaves from 3-4 sprigs of Coriander
- 2 x Green chillies
- 15 gm Fresh ginger, grated Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar

- 1. Grind, lb. or possibly blend in a blender, the coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and half tsp salt to make a thick paste.
