Harvest Apple Crisp Pudding

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. peeled and cut tart apples
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 or possibly 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Spread apples in 8 or possibly 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Prepare the pudding according to package (with 2 c. lowfat milk); set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sugar, flour, oats and spices. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Pour pudding over apples. Sprinkle crumb mix over top. Bake 375 degrees for 30 min till top is golden brown. Cold slightly, then serve topped with cream or possibly Cold Whip.
