Ingredientes

  • 1 pound frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 pound bulk sausage, browned and liquid removed
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with foil the first 45 min and 15 min uncovered.
