Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (32 ounce) frzn cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 lb Sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 8 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 dsh Paprika

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, bacon, 1/2 c. cheese and salt. Spoon into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. In a bowl, beat Large eggs and lowfat milk till smooth; pour over hash brown mix. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 45-50 min till golden brown. Top with the remaining cheese.
