Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 box Betty Crocker dry hash browns with onions, can substitute frzn hash browns if you like
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 3/4 - 2 c. water
Direcciones
- Fry bacon in skillet and remove. Leave grease and add in dry hash browns and water. Cook, covered till hash browns are beginning to become golden brown. Turn hash browns. Add in beaten mix of Large eggs and lowfat milk. Add in bacon. Cook till desired consistency.
