Ingredientes

  • 3 c. cut-up cooked beef
  • 1 pkt frzn hash browns - (24 to 32 ounce) thawed
  • 1 x onion finely minced
  • 1 x green bell pepper finely minced (or possibly combination red and green peppers)
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 c. beef gravy - (to 1 1/2 c.) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs.
  2. May be cooked on HIGH for 2 to 3 hrs, or possibly doubled for a larger crockpot.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
