Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. cool water
  • 2 T shortening or possibly butter
  • 1 (15 ounce) can roast beef or possibly corned beef hash
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T Bisquick
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt & dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together Bisquick, water and butter to a soft dough. Knead 5 times. Roll to a 12 x 9 inch rectangle. Spread hash evenly to 1/2 inch of edge. Sprinkle with pepper. Roll up. Cut into 1 inch slices. Place on greased pan. Bake 30 min or possibly till golden brown. Serve with cheese sauce on top.
  2. Heat butter over low heat. Blend Bisquick and seasonings. Cook over low heat till smooth and bubbling. Slowly whisk in lowfat milk and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in cheese. Heat over low heat till cheese is melted. Serve over pinwheels. (My daughter loved this at pre-school and asked which I get the "directions" to make it from the cook.)
