Ingredientes

  • 2 pound frzn shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/4-1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom or possibly cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
  • Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix together and spread in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle 2 c. shredded American cheese followed by 2 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil last 15 min.
