Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cool boiled beef
  • 2 x Rashers bacon
  • 1 tsp Minced parsley Slat & pepper
  • 1 1/2 ounce Butter
  • 3 sm Onions
  • 1 sm Shallot Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb Mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 pt Stock

  1. Mince the beef and rashers of bacon very finely, add in salt, pepper, minced parsley. Heat the butter in a saucepan or possibly a frying pan, and fry the minced onions and shallots till golden. Then stir in the meat and fry it lightly, add in about 1/4 pt stock, and a few drops Worcestershire sauce. Well butter a fireproof dish or possibly pie dish, put in the meat mix, well cover with finely mashed potatoes. These should be prepared with a little butter and lowfat milk and carefully seasoned. Brown in the oven.
