Ingredientes
1 can (24 ounce.) V-8
4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 c. minced cucumber (peeled & seeded first)
1/4 c. minced onion
1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
Generous dash liquid red pepper
1/4 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/2 c. garlic croutons for garnish
Direcciones
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Serve in chilled bowls, garnish with croutons.
