Ingredientes

  • 1 can (24 ounce.) V-8
  • 4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. minced cucumber (peeled & seeded first)
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
  • Generous dash liquid red pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. garlic croutons for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Serve in chilled bowls, garnish with croutons.
