Receta Hasty Gazpacho
Ingredientes
- 1 can (24 ounce.) V-8
- 4 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. minced cucumber (peeled & seeded first)
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- Generous dash liquid red pepper
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. garlic croutons for garnish
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients. Refrigerateseveral hrs. Serve in chilled bowls, garnish with croutons.
