Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. ripe, mashed bananas
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can liquid removed, crushed pineapple
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add in to dry mix. Stir just till batter is moist. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 5 min. Cold 10 min before removing from pans. Cold completely.
  2. Suggestion: Cut the oil in half and use the juice from the pineapple.
