1 c. pineapple juice

1/2 c. water

3/4 c. white sugar

1/2 tsp grnd ginger

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 c. butter, melted

6 c. all-purpose flour Directions

1 x In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. hot water. Let stand till creamy, about 10 min.

1/2 c. water, sugar, ginger, vanilla, and melted butter. Gradually stir in flour till a stiff batter is formed. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a hot place for 1 hour.

3 x Deflate the dough and turn it out onto a well floured surface. Divide the dough into three equal pcs and form into round loaves. Place the loaves into three lightly greased round cake pans.
