- 2 x (.25 oz) envelopes active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. hot water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 6 c. all-purpose flour Directions
- 1 x In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. hot water. Let stand till creamy, about 10 min.

- 1/2 c. water, sugar, ginger, vanilla, and melted butter. Gradually stir in flour till a stiff batter is formed. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a hot place for 1 hour.
- 3 x Deflate the dough and turn it out onto a well floured surface. Divide the dough into three equal pcs and form into round loaves. Place the loaves into three lightly greased round cake pans. Cover the loaves with a damp cloth and let rise till doubled in volume, about 40 min. Meanwhile, preheat oven to
