Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
  • 2 clv garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 c. Minced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 lb Crab meat
  • 1/4 c. Flaked coconut
  • 1 x Egg yolk, beaten
  • 1/4 lb Butter

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in skillet.Saute/fry onions and garlic 5 mins.Add in the tomatoes,salt and pepper and cook over low heat 5 mins. Cold 10 mins.
  2. Flake the crab meat,stir in the onion mix,coconut,and egg yolk.
  3. Shape into 12 patties for a meal or possibly into smaller cakes or possibly balls for hor d ' oeurves.Saute/fry in butter till lightly browned on both sides.
