Receta Hawaiian Crab Cakes

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c. Minced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 lb Crab meat
- 1/4 c. Flaked coconut
- 1 x Egg yolk, beaten
- 1/4 lb Butter
Direcciones
- Heat oil in skillet.Saute/fry onions and garlic 5 mins.Add in the tomatoes,salt and pepper and cook over low heat 5 mins. Cold 10 mins.
- Flake the crab meat,stir in the onion mix,coconut,and egg yolk.
- Shape into 12 patties for a meal or possibly into smaller cakes or possibly balls for hor d ' oeurves.Saute/fry in butter till lightly browned on both sides.
