Ingredientes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, ground
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt & nuts together.
  2. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar milk & vanilla extract, mix well. Add pineapple to the mix. Spread over crust.
  5. Sprinkle melted butter over the pineapple layer. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  6. Topping: Spread cool whip, mix well.
  7. Spread topping over pineapple layer.
  8. Decorate.
