Ingredientes

  • 4 x Young cucumbers, sliced thick
  • 2 x Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 lrg Onions, sliced
  • 3 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp MSG
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/4 lb Smoked salmon (lox)

Direcciones

  1. Should be prepared ahead Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, water, MSG, and bring to a boil. Pour over sliced vegetables. Cold. Chill overnight.
  2. Serve with thin slices of smoked salmon.
