- 4 x Young cucumbers, sliced thick
- 2 x Carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 lrg Onions, sliced
- 3 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp MSG
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 lb Smoked salmon (lox)
Direcciones
- Should be prepared ahead Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, water, MSG, and bring to a boil. Pour over sliced vegetables. Cold. Chill overnight.
- Serve with thin slices of smoked salmon.
