Ingredientes

  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. small pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. cubed ham
  • 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. water Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Beat together Large eggs, water, salt and pepper.
  2. Thinly coat your skillet with vegetable oil spray. Heat over medium high.
  3. Pour egg mix into pan. When Large eggs are almost set, sprinkle half of the omelette with remaining ingredients.
  4. Fold other half of omelette over filling. Continue cooking till cheese melts, about 2 min.
  5. Cut omelette into 3 wedges and serve.
  6. This recipe yields 3 servings.
