Receta Hawaiian Omelette

Ingredientes
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. small pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. cubed ham
- 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 Tbsp. water Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Beat together Large eggs, water, salt and pepper.
- Thinly coat your skillet with vegetable oil spray. Heat over medium high.
- Pour egg mix into pan. When Large eggs are almost set, sprinkle half of the omelette with remaining ingredients.
- Fold other half of omelette over filling. Continue cooking till cheese melts, about 2 min.
- Cut omelette into 3 wedges and serve.
- This recipe yields 3 servings.
