Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut.

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda and salt. Add in undrained pineapple and Large eggs. Stir till combined. Pour batter into a greased 13X9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min, or possibly till done. Cold in pan for 10 min. Spread cream frosting (recipe follows) over warm cake in pan.
  2. Frosting:Combine sugar, lowfat milk, butter and vanilla in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil about 7 min, stirring till mix is thickened.
  3. Stir in nuts and coconut.
