.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20basically,%20we%20used%20the%20Whole%20Wheat%20Olive%20Oil%20dough%20(the%20same%20dough%20that%20I%20used%20to%20make%20the%20rolls%20that%20I%20used%20for%20my%20Cheeseburger%20Meatloaf%20Sandwiches).%20Only%20this%20time%20there%20was%20no%20second%20rise%20needed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20of%20my%20favorite%20spice%20mixtures%20is%20curry.%20The%20last%20time%20I%20went%20to%20the%20local%20middle%20eastern%20market,%20they%20had%202%20kinds%20of%20curry...one%20was%20regular%20and%20the%20other%20was%20spicy%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20this%20recipe,%20I%20decided%20to%20go%20with%20the%20spicy.%20Although%20I%20was%20disappointed.%20I%20was%20hoping%20for%20a%20bit%20more%20heat.%20Oh%20well....it%20still%20tasted%20good.%20This%20curry%20powder%20was%20mixed%20with%20mashed%20potato%20(not%20the%20mashed%20potatoes%20that%20get%20served%20with%20fried%20chicken....no%20milk....just%20a%20potato%20mashed%20up),%20butter%20(or%20ghee%20if%20you%20can%20find%20it),%20oil%20and%20peas.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20very%20nice%20mixture%20of%20flavors.%20Then%20the%20dough%20was%20rolled%20out%20to%20about%201/8%20inch%20and%20the%20mixture%20was%20place%20on%201/2%20of%20the%20dough%20round%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWet%20the%20edges,%20fold%20the%20dough%20over%20and%20pinch%20it%20together.%20Then%20cut%20a%20few%20slits%20in%20the%20top%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20for%20about%2025%20minutes%20in%20a%20hot%20450'%20F%20oven%20and%20you%20have%20yourself%20a%20very%20nice%20appetizer%20or%20meal%20in%20itself.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20I%20wanted%20to%20play...and%20I%20remembered%20that%20I%20had%20this%20really%20nice%20Curried%20Chicken-Rice%20Salad%20recipe%20that%20I%20hadn't%20made%20in%20a%20long%20time.%20(I've%20had%20the%20recipe%20for%20so%20long%20that%20I%20don't%20even%20remember%20where%20I%20got%20it.%20Some%20magazine%20I'm%20sure.)%20I%20just%20had%20to%20try%20it%20with%20this%20bread...I%20had%20a%20feeling%20it%20would%20go%20wonderfully,%20especially%20with%20the%20curry%20in%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20the%20mayo,%20sour%20cream%20and%20spices%20(curry,%20ginger,%20salt,%20cayenne)%20in%20a%20large%20bowl.%20Stir%20in%20the%20rice,%20chicken,%20celery,%20bell%20pepper%20and%20pineapple.%20Cover%20and%20refrigerate%20for%20about%202%20hours%20or%20until%20chilled.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E(actually,%20for%20the%20bread,%20I%20didn't%20chill%20it%20first)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20follow%20the%20same%20directions%20for%20the%20potato%20filled%20Aloo%20Paratha%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20you%20end%20up%20with%20this%20yummy%20dish%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20Curried%20Chicken-Rice%20Salad....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServe%20it%20on%20a%20bed%20of%20lettuce%20with%20a%20few%20slices%20of%20tomatoes....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPerfect%20for%20a%20nice%20light,%20refreshing%20lunch%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20salad,%20even%20though%20I%20didn't%20use%20the%20hot%20curry%20powder....has%20a%20bit%20of%20a%20kick%20to%20it%20from%20the%20cayenne%20pepper.%20It's%20one%20of%20my%20favorites!!!%20If%20you%20want%20to%20take%20it%20on%20the%20go....just%20wrap%20it%20up%20in%20a%20lettuce%20leaf%20like%20a%20burrito%20and%20you're%20on%20your%20way%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
