Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 2 TBSP ground flax seed meal
  • 2 TBSP apples sauce
  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Direcciones

  1. Put the milk, water and ground flax seed meal into a large bowl and let sit 5 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Use cooking spray on a preheated waffle maker. Then add batter.
  4. ENJOY with a little syrup, sliced strawberries and walnuts.
