Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. egg or possibly 2 egg whites
  • 2 2/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. oat flour
  • 2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. butter (melted) or possibly 2 tbsp. oil

Direcciones

  1. If using egg whites, mix everything else together first, then mix in the beaten egg whites. Heat the waffle iron at 375 degrees or possibly between medium and high. Spray with Pam. Bake.
