- In skillet heat butter, brown onion and meat. Drain if excess fat. Add in salt and mix. Meanwhile, cook noodles to directions; drain. Add in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and cottage cheese to 3 noodles in a sprayed or possibly lightly greased (butter) 13x9 baking dish.
- Put 1/2 meat mix, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat noodles and put remaining meat and Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Let stand 10 min to cold.
