Ingredientes

  • 1 x unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 1 pkt soft tofu - (12.3 ounce)
  • 2 c. canned cooked pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp grnd cloves

Direcciones

  1. Drain tofu and blend in a food processor or possibly blender till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients blend well.
  2. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked piecrust. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately one hour. Filling will be soft, but will hard as it cools. Refrigerateand serve.
  3. This recipe yields 8 servings.
  4. Serving size: 1/8 of recipe.
