Receta Healthy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x unbaked 9" pie shell
- 1 pkt soft tofu - (12.3 ounce)
- 2 c. canned cooked pumpkin
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 x egg
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp grnd cloves
Direcciones
- Drain tofu and blend in a food processor or possibly blender till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients blend well.
- Pour into a 9-inch unbaked piecrust. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately one hour. Filling will be soft, but will hard as it cools. Refrigerateand serve.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
- Serving size: 1/8 of recipe.
