Receta Healthy Sweet and Sour Chicken
Modified recipe I found when looking for clean eating recipes. It was very basic. I added the green pepper, onion, pineapple and cherries. We have had it for dinner twice and cooked it for friends this week who gave it rave reviews.

- In a large skillet mix the tamari, vinegar, coconut nectar, garlic and ginger. Heat over low heat stirring occasionally until sauce thickens about 12 mins.
- Add the chicken pieces in the sauce and cook stirring frequently until cooked through, about 12-15 mins.
- Add the onion and green pepper to the mixture when chicken is half cooked. Once the chicken is done add the pineapple and cherries just to warm.
- Serve over brown rice.
