Receta Healthy Sweet and Sour Pork with Spaghetti Squash
Ingredientes
- 1 Cup Pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Reduced-sugar Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup + 3 Tbsp Brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Cornstarch *
- 4 Pork chops (I use a lean center cut)
- 1 Large spaghetti squash
- 1 Large red bell pepper, cut into large chunks
- 1 1/2 Cups Pineapple chunks, drained
- Green onion, sliced (for garnish)
