Receta Healthy "Vita Pack" Muffins

Ingredientes

  • 2 c. oat bran
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 3/4 c. wheat germ
  • 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. grated carrots or possibly minced nuts, raisins, etc.

Direcciones

  1. Mix the above together in a bowl. 1/2 c. lightly packed brown sugar 1/3 c. black strap molasses 4 Large eggs or possibly I use 4 egg whites (no cholesterol) 1/4 c. sunflower or possibly safflower (or possibly other) oil
  2. Stir dry ingredients in. Fill muffin c. 3/4 full. Makes 8 (3 inch) muffins plus 10 (2 1/2 inch) muffins (my 2 pans). Bake at 400 degrees for 16 to 17 min.
  3. Note: "Do not be surprised if a neighbor catches you climbing a chestnut tree out of sheer energy."
