Heart Healthy Apple Crisp

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound fresh apples, peeled, cored and sliced or possibly 3 c. canned apples
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/3 c. butter

Direcciones

  1. Lightly oil or spray pan.
  2. Arrange apples in prepared dish and sprinkle with lemon and cinnamon.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, and oatmeal.
  4. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or until apples are tender.
