Receta Heart Healthy Apple Crisp
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound fresh apples, peeled, cored and sliced or possibly 3 c. canned apples
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
- 1/3 c. butter
Direcciones
- Lightly oil or spray pan.
- Arrange apples in prepared dish and sprinkle with lemon and cinnamon.
- Combine flour, sugar, and oatmeal.
- Cut in butter till mix is crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or until apples are tender.
