  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan with vegetable veg. oil. In large bowl mix oats and next 4 ingredients. In small bowl beat honey, lowfat milk, oil and egg whites till blended; stir into flour mix just till moistened (batter will be lumpy). Mix in apples. Spoon batter proportionately into loaf pan. Bake 65 min or possibly till a toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean. Cold in pan 10 min. Remove to wire rack. Make 1 loaf, about 210 calories per serving.
