Hearty Beef 'N Cheese Crescent Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1/3 c. minced onion or possibly 4 teaspoon instant chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can cut green beans, liquid removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seed (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent rolls
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large fry pan, brown grnd beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, green beans, cumin seed, garlic salt and salt; simmer while preparing crust. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place triangles in ungreased 9" pie pan. Press over bottom and up sides to create crust. Combine egg and 1 c. cheese. Spread over crust. Pour in meat filling and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 25 min. Let stand 5 min before serving.
