Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
  • 1 pkg. (5/8 ounce.) Pillsbury Brown Gravy Mix
  • 10 1/2 ounce. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. catsup

Direcciones

  1. Place meat in 2 qt round casserole. Break into small pcs. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Drain. Add in gravy mix, soup, lowfat sour cream, water and catsup. Mix. Drop topping by spoonfuls around edge. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
  2. Topping: No need to sift flour; measure by lightly spooning into c. and leveling off. Combine topping ingredients; stir till moistened.
  3. For use with Pillsbury's best self-rising flour, decrease salt to 1/4 tsp. and omit baking pwdr.
