  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. beer

Direcciones

  1. In Dutch oven brown chuck well on both sides in oil or possibly butter. Combine soup mix, tomato sauce and beer; pour over browned meat. Cover and bake at 300 degrees till tender, 2-3 hrs. Thicken gravy as needed.
