Receta Hearty Salmon Patties

Ingredientes
- 1 can salmon (7 1/2 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs, very fine minced
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Drain and flake salmon, reserve liquid, combine salmon and reserve liquid with remaining ingredients. Form into 4 patties about 3/4 inches thick. Pan fry in warm oil till golden on both sides. Makes 4 servings.
