Ingredientes

  • 1 pound round steak, well trimmed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp. tub butter
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry marjoram
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Season steak lightly with salt and pepper. Brown in butter in large skillet. Remove from pan.
  2. Add in onion and garlic to skillet and cook till tender. Stir in flour.
  3. Add in herbs, water, lemon juice and steak. Cover and simmer 30 min or possibly till meat is tender.
  4. Serve meat topped with sauce. Yields: 4 servings. Calories per serving: 228.
