- Season steak lightly with salt and pepper. Brown in butter in large skillet. Remove from pan.
- Add in onion and garlic to skillet and cook till tender. Stir in flour.
- Add in herbs, water, lemon juice and steak. Cover and simmer 30 min or possibly till meat is tender.
- Serve meat topped with sauce. Yields: 4 servings. Calories per serving: 228.
