Receta Herb Garden Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 pound round steak, well trimmed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. tub butter
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dry marjoram
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- 1. Season steak lightly with salt and pepper. Brown in butter in large skillet. Remove from pan.
- 2. Add in onion and garlic to skillet and cook till tender. Stir in flour.
- 3. Add in herbs, water, lemon juice and steak. Cover and simmer 30 min or possibly till meat is tender.
- 4. Serve meat topped with sauce. Yields: 4 servings. Calories per serving: 228.
