Receta Herb Marinated Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. green onion, finely minced
- 2 teaspoon dry basil leaves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme leaves, crushed
- 3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned & skinned
Direcciones
- Stir together dressing, lowfat milk, garlic, onion and seasonings. Pour mix over chicken. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hrs or possibly overnight. Drain; reserving dressing mix. Place chicken on greased rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 min on each side till tender, brushing frequently with mix. 6 servings.
