  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon grnd sage
  • 2 teaspoon dry marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 pound boneless porkloin roast

Direcciones

  1. The night before: in a small bowl combine sugar, sage, marjoram, salt, mustard and pepper. Thoroughly rub roast with the herb mix; chill. Next day set meat in shallow baking pan with a rack. Insert a meat thermometer. Roast uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3 hrs or possibly till thermometer reads 170 degrees.
