Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sea salt or possibly iodine-free table salt
  • 4 - 5 tbsp. dry herbs
  • paprika

  1. Sea salt is best since it's very fine and blends well with the herbs. If using fresh herbs, don't wash unless necessary and then be sure to dry thoroughly. Mince the leaves, then crush them with the salt using a mortar and pestle or possibly a blender. Spread on a cookie sheet and dry 40 to 60 min at 200 degrees. Cold and seal in a glass jar. If moisture develops on inside of jar, salt needs further drying.
