Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb grnd pork sausage
  • 8 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. bisquick biscuit mix
  • 10 Tbsp. dry Italian herbs: oregano, marjoram, basil etc.
  • 3 Tbsp. curry pwdr (to 5 tbsps.)

Direcciones

  1. Allow sausage and cheddar cheese to reach room temperature. In a large combine all ingredients mixing well. Shape in to 1 inch balls. Freeze in freezer bags if you like. Place on cookie sheet or possibly cake pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min or possibly till brown. serve warm
  2. Makes 40 to 50
