Ingredientes

  • 6 x Hard-cooked Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Dry curd cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
  • 1 tsp Prepared Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dry parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr Dash of warm pepper sauce Salt & pepper to taste, Optional

Direcciones

  1. Cut Large eggs in half. Put half of yolks in small bowl; reserve remaining yolks for another use or possibly feed to dog.
  2. With fork, mash yolks together with the cottage cheese and yogurt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, if you like. Fill halves. Refrigeratebefore serving.
